This project represents an innovative prototype for a villa complex comprising three distinct types: flats, duplexes, and triplex villas. Inspired by the geometry of ancient Persian gardens, the initial concept of this project is based on a symmetrical layout along a central axis.
This axis of symmetry dictates the geometry of both the landscape and the villa’s floor plan. Acting as the primary circulation route, the central axis guides movement from the main site entrance directly to the villa’s entrance, seamlessly continuing into the building itself. In the landscape, various outdoor spaces are arranged on either side of this axis, creating a balanced, symmetrical design.
Inside the villa, the public zones (kitchen, living, and dining areas) and private zones (bedrooms and bathrooms) are placed on opposite sides of this axis, elegantly connected by a transparent glass corridor.
