This project represents an innovative prototype for a villa complex comprising three distinct types: flats, duplexes, and triplex villas. The primary concept centers on the careful allocation of space into two clearly defined zones: private and gathering areas. These zones are harmoniously linked by a transparent corridor that serves as both the entry point to the building and a conduit leading to a central courtyard, graced by a solitary tree at its core.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless elegance of traditional Persian gardens, the design of both the landscape and the architecture adheres to a central axis, embodying principles of harmony and balance throughout the space.
